GABWA Joins in Call for President Obama to Diversify the Federal Bench in Georgia

The Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA) has joined with Advocacy for Action in urging President Obama to diversity the Georgia federal bench by appointing African American females to the court.  Since the inception of the court in 1848, there has never been an African American female federal judge sitting on the Northern District Court.  Read GABWA’s letter to President Obama below.GABWA Letter to President
